Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions undated June 2006
When
you join The Pink Kit Affiliate Program, you agree to accept these
Terms and conditions in full. This Affiliate Program is owned and
operated by Common Knowledge Trust www.commonknowledgetrust.com.
'We' or 'Our' means www.commonknowledgetrust.com.
'You' or 'your' means the person joining The Pink Kit Affiliate Program.

Any
person or company owning or operating an Internet site can join our
Pink Kit Affiliate Program. www.commonknowledgetrust.com. reserves the
right to refuse or immediately terminate any Affiliate we deem as
unsuitable. This includes, but is not limited to sites that:
• Promote illegal activities
• Use the www.commonknowledgetrust.com. or The Pink Kit brand or logo in a method not conducive to our activities.
2. Revenues
The Pink Kit affiliate program is a two-tiered program. You receive 15% on click through sales from your website/s and a further 10% commission on
click through sales from websites that sign up under you.
3. Payments
All
payments will be made through Paypal. Payment will be made in US$.
Commissions will be paid on the 10th of each month. As a New Zealand
Trust, all accounts are held as New Zealand currency and converted to
$US currency at the time of commission payment. A minimum of $25NZ is
necessary for a commission to be paid. There is no penalty for earning
less than $25NZ each month. Earnings less than $25NZ will be carried
over to the next pay period.

The
Affiliate shall represent The Pink Kit Method for birthing better® in a
fair and business like manner at all times. Pink Kit Affiliate links
must only be placed on your own website(s) and you are solely
responsible for the website(s) and its contents and shall ensure that
they conform at all times to all applicable laws and regulations.
Common Knowledge Trust shall not be liable for any material on the Affiliates site or for the conduct of the Affiliate.
Commission
shall only be earned as a direct result of a purchaser following a link
from the Affiliates web site and placing an order with
www.thepinkkit.com .The affiliate shall not be entitled to any revenue
for any orders by this purchaser should they go directly to
www.thepinkkit.com website by passing the Affiliates link.
The
affiliate shall not make any claim either direct or inferred that they
are employed by Common Knowledge Trust or have any relationship with
www.commonknowledgetrust.com. or www.birthingbetter.com or
www.thepinkkit.com other than that listed in these Terms and conditions.
5. Termination of Agreement
www.commonknowledgetrust.com. , www.birthingbetter.com or
www.thepinkkit.com reserves the right to
immediately terminate the agreement with any affiliate who is in breach
of these Terms and Conditions. No notice will be provided and any
commission outstanding will be canceled.

In all other
situations, a notice of 30 days is required by the Affiliate or
www.commonknowledgetrust.com, www.birthingbetter.com or
www.thepinkkit.com should either party wish to terminate this
agreement. In the event the affiliate wishes to terminate the
agreement, the affiliate should e-mail notice to

Upon termination of this agreement, no
charge will be made by either party. Once the notice period has
expired, www.commonknowledgetrust.com, www.birthingbetter.com or
www.thepinkkit.com shall dispatch payment through Paypal for any
outstanding commission owed the Affiliate.
Upon termination, the
Affiliate agrees to immediately remove all material and links referring
to the www.commonknowledgetrust.com, www.birthingbetter.com or
www.thepinkkit.com websites.
6. Legals
The contract will be governed by the laws of New Zealand and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
www.commonknowledgetrust.com,
www.birthingbetter.com or www.thepinkkit.com reserves the right to
amend these Terms and Conditions and the commission rates paid without
notice.
