Afraid a vbac will harm you or your baby?

If you feel that way you are not likely to have a vbac. Yet, you are honest and once you understand a few things then you'll look more deeply and determine whether you have anxiety or are tapping into intuitive knowledge.

Women don't talk much about their pregnancy/birth anxieties but all women experience those feelings. It's hard wired into our very bodies. When there is no medical care birth is both safe and unnerving.

If a thousand non-pregnant women were at a 12 hour conference, even with many personal health issues, there is little chance something major would occur to any of them. Yet if 1000 pregnant women were in labor there might be quite a number of issues that arise ... few life threatening but still unnerving.

This means you have to face the fact that any birth can be problematic and your anxiety is not uncommon. This anxiety can be increased by the medical profession as well.

Birthing Better with The Pink Kit Method® want you to consider an entirely different approach. Instead of merely focusing on the 'outcome' shift your focus to your preparation for your baby's birthing journey.

By learning skills, preparing your pregnant body to be a birthing body, practicing and using your skills changes you and your partner. The anxiety might still be there ... and that's good ... yet your skills are what you do at every moment. This means every moment you determine whether there is something going on that is a problem or can bring harm to you. Being skilled changes how you behave, act, manage, cope and deal with what is happening to you.
